The architectural concept of the History residential complex was formed around the idea of a modern urban rhythm, rooted in the context of Batumi — dynamic, growing, but retaining the intimate, almost family atmosphere in the old quarters.
The transparency and reflective surfaces of the panoramic glazing do not dominate, but are integrated into the fabric of the city: during the day, the building dissolves into the sky, and in the evening, it is illuminated with soft light, emphasizing the geometry of the floors.
The facade is made using modern aluminum double-glazed windows and a ventilated system with aluminum composite, which provides not only visual lightness, but also functionality — energy efficiency, sound insulation and resistance to the maritime climate.
